What to include in your first message.

We need very little to get started — a couple of details unblock the most useful response.

Where the move is from (UK address or a rough area is fine).
Where in Portugal the move is going (Lisbon / Porto / the Algarve / Central, or a specific town).
Roughly when you are looking to move — a target month is plenty.
Rough scale — studio / 1-bedroom / 2-bedroom / full-house / partial-load.
Anything unusual that matters (a piano, art, a vehicle, a pet you need a referral for).

Working hours

We answer Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time, and reply to weekend messages on the next working day. The survey diary is usually open within a working day or two of an enquiry.
